I also wanted to add this big from Baseball America's weekly stat roundup: Texas Tech center fielder Barrett Barnes shined at the Brooks Wallace Memorial Classic, going 6-for-12 with a double, two home runs (one of which was inside-the-park), six walks and four stolen bases. On the season, Barnes is now hitting .464/.583/.857 and the Red Raiders will spend next weekend at Minute Maid Park for the Houston College Classic.
