My Early 2013 Football Predicion

I have learned a lot this season. One of those things is predictions basically mean nothing. But, that does not mean that they are not fun to do. It seems like every time I attempt to do predict a season it goes totally haywire on me. These predictions are probably way too early but I am going to try to attempt how I believe the 2013 football season will go for Texas Tech.

Game 1- In game number one the Red Raiders will be playing at SMU. This game will be against a quality opponent and away from home. This scares me a little bit but I think Kliff will get the job done a come out with a W. (WIN)

Game 2- In game number two the Red Raiders will be playing Stephen F. Austin at home. This game is the easiest game on the schedule this year and I think the Red Raiders will blow out the Lumberjacks. (WIN)

Game 3- In game number three the Red Raiders will be playing TCU at home. This will be a tough early season test and both teams are facing QB adversity. I truly believe the Red Raiders will be able to get this done at home in a close game. (WIN)

Game 4- In game number four the Red Raiders will be playing Texas State at home. This is the second easiest game on the schedule. The Red Raiders will handle them. (WIN)

Game 5- In game number five the Red Raiders will be playing at Kansas. This year Kansas gave the Red Raiders all they could handle. I think the Red Raiders will once again be able to pull it off. (WIN)

Game 6- In game number six the Red Raiders play the Iowa State Cyclones at home. The last time the Cyclones played in Lubbock they creamed the Red Raiders. The Red Raiders will try to avenge for that loss and win. (WIN)

Game 7- This is one of the hardest games of the year. West Virginia will not be very strong next year but any time you have to travel to Morgantown you are going to be in for a tough game. I think Tech will win though. (WIN)

Game 8- In game number eight of the season the Red Raiders face the Oklahoma Sooners in an away game. The Sooners have lost a bunch of key players but this is in Gaylord. Tech loses their first game. (LOSS)

Game 9- In game number nine of the season the Red Raider travel back home to face OKST. Texas Tech has had a lot of trouble with the Cowboys as of late. Texas Tech loses second straight. (LOSS)

Game 10- In game number ten of the season the Red Raiders face the KSU Wildcats in their last home game. I really believe that TTU will pull this off. (WIN)

Game 11- In game number eleven of the season the Red Raiders play a neutral site game v.s. Baylor in Cowboy's Stadium. Texas Tech came off of a tough loss v.s. the Bears this year. I think Tech will get revenge and win this game. (WIN)

Game 12- The last game of the season is on Thanksgiving is v.s. the Texas Longhorns. This will be on t.v. I believe and I think Tech will probably lose this game just because of the HUGE stage. (LOSS)

My predicted final record (9-3) ~6-3~
