Offensive !!!

Stay connected for news and updates

I do not think that dumping a QB solves all your offensive problems , however Doege certainly appears unsure of himself in the pocket , he seems to be gets happy feet a lot , the sign of a guy feeling alot of pressure . I am trying not to be biased but it appears to me that his arm strength is an issue again , the lack of zip in getting the ball out to receivers slows plays down and shrinks the field . Is Brown is trying to game plan to deal with some of these issues, or maybe he sucks as a play caller and he thinks you can screen, and dink and dunk your way down the field !! A poor offensive line causes some of these problems so you might want to look at a QB who can run , ( for his life maybe ) instead of a pocket protector . The dilemma is whether you change QB as a act of desperation and your possibly throwing in the towel and building for next year . Next year why what impact does this have on your Coach`s job ? A giant dilemma ! My observations are from what I see on the tube , not in person but Brewer seems to be more poised ,and have better arm strength plus can run ! Of course many don`t have an opinion on this at the OU game cause there was no one left in the stadium in the 4th quarter !! Defense has improved but you have to have an offense that can either score at will , or control the ball so your D is not worn out .

Vote for your favorite Offensive problem 1. Current QB 2. O coordinator 3. O Line 4. Receivers ?
