Derek David was recently arrested for sexual assault of a girl. In the article, he admitted to police that he had sex with her, and she did not want to. The ER confirms trauma to the girl. He is being held on 20K bond. Its so incredibly sad to see anybody in this situation. This kid could have had the world. Free college, potentially millions in the NFL, all gone, because he's an idiot.
I am sincerely glad Tuberville dropped this kid. Its clear this was the reason for the "decommit". Hopefully he graduates high school in prison, and decides to turn his life around.
