My hope is that this abysmal losing season will prompt a change at Tech from Hance on down to the Coordinators.

The reality is that nothing will change for at least a year or two when it comes to Hance on down to Tubs.The reality also is that the Air Raid is gone at Tech. Maybe we need to accept these realities and move on.

So lets assume the reality,

What are the things we need to do to get back to winning? (other than the hopes above that won't happen)

1. Tubs needs to step up, admit what he did wrong and how he will fix things.

2. Fire the Defensive Coordinator, perhaps the OC as well.

3. Get a defense coordinator that can train and build a credible defense.

4. Choose an offensive style that we can recruit for and execute with.
