NCAA Report Reveals Tuberville sent texts in December 2009

From page 12, Section C.1.s "In December 2009, the current head football coach and an assistant football coach sent two impermissible text messages to a prospective student-athlete." Can we get a clarification from the NCAA or Texas Tech please? (For the record, I could care less about who sent what texts. I am, however, interested in the timing listed in the report. That is all.)
