Appeals Court rules against Leach

Can't believe appeals court ruled against Leach. Apparently he can still pursue his case to prove Tech wronged him but without getting any money. Leach's lawyers have said they will appeal o the Texas Supreme Court. What is the point of having a contract if it's not worth the paper it's written on?
