Texas Tech, British Petroleum and Conference Realignment
I think this is incredibly interesting, especially in relation to what was in the DD this morning. Essentially, this article talks about one Dr. Seshadri Ramkuma, Texas Tech professor, who has discovered a breakthrough material, using west texas cotton, that absorbs both types of oil better than materials out there, and the carcinogenic fumes associated with it, and how this kind of hugely public research breakthrough should shut up people questioning Tech's academic credentials.
