Luckily for lots of us, The 2010 College Classic is hosting a game in Midland, home to a lot of your DTN Family. Texas Tech will be playing against the New Mexico State Aggies on March 30th. The first pitch is scheduled at 6:30 or 18:30, take your pick.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, this game may or may not sell out. I urge those that might attend to purchase tickets as soon as humanly possible. The "Midlandites" might find this to be a trendy situation and buy everything up just for the sake of being themselves. If there is one thing that I like to do, it's rub these yuppies the wrong way. What better way to do that than invite all my buddies to watch baseball?

This would be great opportunity to meet some of the other members on the board and to support the best university in the history of the world. Thusfar, this season is looking rather promising and I think we should make as many games as possible. This one, for me and some of the other guys, will be easier to attend than going to Lubbock.

Fellas, after looking at some of these stats, I've come to the conclusion that we aren't that bad at baseball. I know we are only 2 games into the season, but it seems to look bright. Hopefully, we can make a case to play at Bricktown Ballpark and possibly in Omaha. I'd like to see that before I die.

If anything, you should come out for the fact that you love baseball and everything about it. Crack of the bat, fresh cut grass, peanuts, cold beer, the smell of stale beer, hotdogs, and beer. Almost poetic, isn't it? Kinda like a Budweiser Commercial, which is also a beer. Bazinga.
