If you think it's tough to be a Red Raider right now, try being an Aggie. They are on the ledge of posting their worst recruiting class in 20 years, and it appears from highschool coaches comments, their decade of mediocrity is finally catching up with them. As a Tech fan, there is a clear warning here, and a reason for hope. On the hope side, if you compare Tech and A&M, you see two teams in transition, and their records reflect that. But Tech has a top 15 recruiting class and A&M has fallen off the map. A case could be made that if we survive this transition, the future is bright. On the other hand this is also a warning. If we botch this transition, say over the next 3 years, Tech could be A&M 10 years from now.
