This all stems from Hance and gang from being pissed off at Mike. 

You can tell me that Hance is guy that made the new contract happen and that Mike was an HR nightmare.   I don't care.  Did you ever check out the ego on the department head and the professors?  We will look for blame everywhere...but the buck stop with Hance.  No other shoe will drop other than some bureaucrat at Tech was pissed off...I dont care.

This is the wussification of our society that pisses me off to no end....I can't believe that my beloved University contributes to it.  I respect you if you think that Mike should have been more respectful to authority, but I would ask you why you don't think  Baby James shouldn't also have been more respectful to the staff that gave him a full ride. He was never in danger as his family states and common sense is not so common. An apololgy would have made everything OK?
