Proposition 4 = $$$ for Tier 1 status

This is not a political blog, but on November 3rd a measure will be on the ballot with implications for Texas Tech. Proposition 4 will grant access to funds for research at emerging (not yet Tier 1) universities. Regardless of whether you are for or against it, get out and vote. Read more about it here.
