Texas Tech officials this morning will break ground on the latest expansion of Jones AT&T Stadium, pushing capacity to about 60,000 and adding an expanse of luxury boxes on the building's east side. Snip Tech has raised about $28 million for the project, which is expected to cost about $25 million.
